Large antique oak table expands with 4 leaves to seat all of you. Large mirror on the wall on the left doubles the size of the virtual room and gives everyone a water view. (View from the kitchen.) High counter top in the kitchen provides a two level serving area with a buffet counter area below. The right end of the room opens through French doors to the deck with pic-nic table, gas barbecue and the not tub on a deck below.

Mural over dish washer and clean-up sinks outside the kitchen, convenient to the dishes in the under-counter cupboard across the aisle.

Looking into the kitchen notice high counter tops for no back pain and a serious gas stove with large oven, grill and griddle. Handy utensil rack, lots of small appliances, pots and pans of all sizes.

Barbecue and picnic table on the deck

  • French doors is a large deck overlooking the lower patio and fern garden. To the left is a deck equipped with picnic tables and delux gas barbecue for outside dining.

  • A few steps down from the front deck is the hot tub deck, also overlooking the water.
  • Adjacent is the sun room which may be used to extend dining space or set up as puzzle/table game area for family play

Notice the 8 foot buffet serving area with storage below. Silverware is housed in a small drawer at the end of the serving area, ready to pick up with a full plate.
